So this morning I went to my bank to rectify some issues in my account, while waiting to be attended to, an Elderly Reverend Father in his white cassock walked in, bypassed the queue to the counter. A young man (of age range 20-27 years,) got so angry as to why the Reverend Father didn’t follow the existing queue.
The Reverend tried to explain to him how that he was in a hurry and pleaded to be permitted, the more he begged and explained, this young man said so many damning words to this Rev. The customers on the queue and a security officer tried to calm this guy but he refused. Amongst the many things he said, he made a mistake to say “Na pastors like una dey spoil this country”. Hey…!, The mockery laugh I heard from others stirred up something in me.
He continued to belittle pastors with his words then the LORD spoke to me, Son, his reproductive organ is dead, he came to get money for surgery, let it be known to him that I AM GOD”. I walked to him and whispered in his ears” I am a Pastor”, We are different, I told detailed matters about his life and I left him. The anger increased but after a while, he went to the lavatory and returned looking straight into my eyes, he came close to me to explain and to confirmed that his organ has been revived right there I reminded him again “I am a Pastor”.
At this time the Rev. Father was done and was about leaving, the young man followed him begging with tears. GOD showed to him that “He (GOD) will no longer let his name be thrown to the mud”. The Rev. came back with the boy and what I saw and heard gladens my heart and to the Glory of GOD.
